Our return policy
Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Wearable Alchemy pieces! If you're not
completely satisfied, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your
order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with
tags attached for a full refund or exchange.
Free Returns
We offer free returns within 30 days
of delivery because we stand behind our products and want you to feel
confident shopping with us. To be eligible for a return, your item must
be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unwashed, unworn, and undamaged
- With original tags attached
- In the original packaging
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our customer service team at hydrosol@protonmail.com within 30 days of delivery
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- We'll email you a free prepaid return shipping label
- Pack your item securely and attach the return label
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or
rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed
within 5-7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.
Please note:
- The full item price will be refunded
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please:
- Return the original item for a refund using our free return process
- Place a new order for the item you want
This ensures you get the correct item as quickly as possible.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged/defective item
- Description of the issue
Return Shipping - FREE!
We provide free prepaid return shipping labels for all eligible returns within the 30-day window. Simply contact us for your free return label.
Final Sale Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked "Final Sale"
- Items without original tags
- Washed or worn items
- Personalized or custom items

All of our apparel is crafted from 100% certified organic
cotton sourced from regenerative farms that prioritize soil health and

heavily sprayed crops in the world and often contaminated with
glyphosate and other toxic pesticides, our organic cotton is grown

Q: How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on your location. Once your order is
processed, domestic US orders typically arrive within 3-7 business
days, while international orders can take 7-21 business days depending
on customs and your country's postal service.
Q: What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location
and order size. We offer competitive rates and work to get your organic
apparel to you as affordably as possible.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide to over 200 countries. International
customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that
may apply in their country.
Q: How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation
email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package's
journey to you.
